At the UFC 199 open workouts, Dominick Cruz stated that teammates Urijah faber and Cody Garbrandt would have no problem fighting each other if the opportunity presented itself.
Cruz, who will defend his bantamweight title against Faber in Saturday's co-main event, also went on to claim that 'The California Kid' would beat Garbrandt due to what he perceives as a stylistic advantage.
'No Love' fired back at the 135-pound champion on Twitter and accused Cruz of trying to stir up more drama between Team Alpha Male.
You're trying to get @UrijahFaber to fight me cause your to scared to fight me @DominickCruz what kind of champion is that?

'The Dominator' was quick to respond:
.@Cody_Nolove all I Hve stated is ur boy Faber would BEAT you IF u two fought.YOU said the rest. Get ur emotions together "no love" #Facts

Cruz has a long history with the California-based team, going back-and-forth with head owner Faber over the years and infamously referring to Team Alpha Male as 'Team Alpha Fail' following his first round destruction of Takeya Mizugaki at UFC 178.
Garbrandt, who knocked out Thomas Almeida in the first round of UFC Fight Night 88's main event, catapulted to No. 7 in the official bantamweight rankings and will look to solidify himself as a title contender with his next win.
Even with a title on the line, Faber and Garbrandt have insisted not to fight each other but Cruz believes the MMA Gods have other plans.
Cruz and Faber, who are tied at 1-1, will look to settle the score at UFC 199. The pay-per-view takes place this Saturday, June 4, at The Forum in Inglewood, California.
