Live Interview: WSOF CEO Carlos Silva AUDIO ONLY

Carlos Silva reflected on progress made throughout his first year as the WSOF CEO:

"In a year, the WSOF has come a long way. We solidified the fighting foundation of the organization... We brought in some key media folks. We've integrated guys like Mike [Afromowitz], I think, in a much more meaningful way to the business. Being a media property, you need good communication. The thing about Mike is he doesn't just bring us PR and communications, he brings a deep knowledge in the fighting space and how leagues have emerged."

World Series of Fighting 31 takes place on June 17, 2016 from the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut. Stay tuned to Bloody Elbow for event coverage, updates, news, and interviews. Video of this interview can be seen at the top of the page.
