Last week, Luke Rockhold explained why he got into a heated verbal exchange with Michael Bisping following the UFC 199 post-fight press conference.
Rockhold, who was relieved of the middleweight title after being knocked out by Bisping in the first round, said 'The Count' was 'classless' in the Octagon following the win.
The UFC released a video on Thursday depicting what Rockhold meant, showing Bisping mock the American Kickboxing Academy representative with a series of sarcastic slurs.
"Unlucky, buddy. Unlucky. Good fight," Bisping said as Rockhold reluctantly shook his hand (h/t MMA Fighting). "I told ya. Unlucky, though. Good job," Bisping repeated.
When Bisping went for a second handshake, things really turned sour. "You're in the Octagon by the way," Bisping said to a stunned Rockhold. "It's OK. You'll come to."
The 37-year-old entered the bout as a massive underdog after filling in for Chris Weidman as a late replacement. Weidman, who was looking to reclaim the 185-pound belt in an immediate rematch, was forced to pull out of the bout due to a neck injury.
Bisping shocked the world with a couple of left hooks, crumpling Rockhold in the opening three minutes to become the first British champion in UFC history. The Ultimate Fighter Season three winner will most likely take on Ronaldo 'Jacare' Souza in his first title defense later this year.
