Pacquiao vs Bradley results and analysis: Undefeated fighters dominate on undercard

Get the full results, recap, and analysis here for the Pacquiao vs. Bradley III undercard.

The PPV undercard to Manny Pacquiao vs. Timothy Bradley had some interesting fights on paper. Once the dust settled on the night, fans were witness to not exactly a boring set of fights, but not a night of competitive fights either.

Gilberto Ramirez, Oscar Valdez, and Jose Ramirez all cruised through to victory with little opposition from their opponents. In the opener, Ramirez took close to every round against Manny Perez, dominating him from the opening bell. This was the best fight of the night, as Perez was a game fighter despite being consistently on the losing edge, but Ramirez was simply too skilled for him. Ramirez extends his perfect record to 17-0.

Oscar Valdez had the most dominant win, completely taking apart the very talented Evgeny Gradovich. Valdez was landing punches seemingly at will, using his jab to set up power punches that hurt Gradovich all night. By the start of round 4, it seemed like just a matter of time before the injured Gradovich was put down, and in that round, that's exactly what happened as Valdez landed a clean shot to send Gradovich to the canvas. He made it up in time, but the referee mercifully waved the fight off. Valdez is now 19-0, and looks to be lining up a fight with Vasyl Lomachenko, which would be terrific.

In the featured undercard fight, Gilberto Ramirez took a step up in competition to face the tough veteran Arthur Abraham. It was a good test for Ramirez, and one he passed well, using his reach nicely to never allow Abraham into the game, taking every round on all 3 score cards. Ramirez makes his claim here as a serious fighter to watch - he's 24 years old, a tall southpaw, and he looks to be getting better and better with every fight. Keep your eyes on him.
