The MMA Prospectus: UFC Brisbane fallout

Zane Simon & T.P. Grant are back with another look at the prospect scene in MMA. This week we're reflecting on the differing (and similar) paths of Antonio Carlos Jr. and Jake Matthews from UFC Brisbane, as well as taking a quick look at the rest of the regional MMA scene in a pretty barren fight week.

It's as close to a non-fight week as MMA gets. No UFC, no Bellator, no WSOF, no RFA, or ROC, or just about anything else. We've got a Jungle Fight card and a Legacy FC card and those represent the bulk of the prospects on display this week. So, it's gonna be a short show. We're talking a lot about Jake Matthews and Antonio Carlos Jr. and their respective performances at UFC Brisbane. We also went over the regional prospects from last week to look at who won and who lost . And as for this week, we took a good look at "Caged" star Matt Schnell and his continuing MMA career and Brazilian welterweight Handesson Ferreira.

As always, if you enjoyed this show, give it a "Like" over on YouTube. And while you're there, consider subscribing to MMANATIONDOTCOM. That way you'll always be the first to know when a new Bloody Elbow show, interview, or bit of fight analysis comes out.

And if you're just here for some choppy audio, we've got you covered over on SoundCloud and iTunes.
