Hollywood star Vince Vaughn has started to work on his martial arts skills under the tutelage of a former UFC champion's BJJ instructor.

Courtesy of Damon Martin of FoxSports.com, we were treated to a pleasant surprise earlier today when it was revealed that Hollywood actor Vince Vaughn began training under former UFC champion Ronda Rousey's grappling coach, Rener Gracie.

The actor, known for his roles in projects such as True Detective (season 2), Old School, Wedding Crashers, and comedic masterpiece Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story (yes, it still holds up perfectly), was seen discussing receiving his white belt from none other than Rener Gracie himself at the Gracie Academy located in Torrance, CA.

In a video posted via Facebook, Vaughn and Gracie briefly touched on the actor's preparation for training by watching the famed "Gracie in Action" videos that demonstrate the effectiveness of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, as well as his motivation to begin taking up training. In addition to this, he can be seen performing various techniques that he's learned thus far, and seemed more than enthusiastic about his dedication to the art.

VINCE VAUGHN EARNS HIS WHITE BELT in GJJ!!! It's official! Vince Vaughn has joined the family and has earned the most difficult and most important belt in jiu-jitsu, the white belt! If you train, leave a comment with your best jiu-jitsu advice for Vince and we'll share it with him! If you don't train, go to www.GracieUniversity.com and find a Certified Training Center and get started ASAP so you don't get choked by Vince! :)
