Jon Jones says it's hard to look at UFC 197 poster with Cormier holding his belt

Jon Jones is using the UFC 197 poster as extra motivation for his rematch with Daniel Cormier.

During last night's UFC broadcast, it was announced that Jon Jones will rematch Daniel Cormier on April 23rd. Shortly after the headliner was made official, Jones took to social media to talk about the UFC 197 poster. According to the former champion, he is using it to fuel even more fire to the upcoming grudge match.

"Hard to look at this picture," Jones wrote on Instagram about the poster with Cormier having the belt he once held. His caption came with the hashtags "#Champion2016" and "#Motivation".

The pair originally fought on January 2015, with Jones winning the contest by decision. It came on the heels of a high profile public brawl the two had during a press conference.

Jones hasn't fought since, as he was suspended and stripped of his title following a hit-and-run case. In his absence, Cormier has won the title and defended it against Anthony Johnson and Alexander Gustafsson respectively.

As announced last night, UFC 197 will also feature a second title fight on the card.
