The first two fights at UFC Fight Night 82 are in the books, and CM Punk now has an opponent. Here's how they went down.
Mickey Gall defeated Mike Jackson by submission (rear naked choke), :45 of round 1
Gall, the man that called out CM Punk on Dana White's reality show, got what he wanted and got it done quickly. After watching Jackson circle away from him for half a minute, Gall cracked his opponent and sent him to the mat. He attacked immediately, first with ground and pound and then a submission. After deftly trapping an arm, he forced Jackson to tap in just 45 seconds. Here's the knockdown.

Alex White defeated Artem Lobov via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)
This one was pretty much all White. Despite many predicting that Lobov would have a striking advantage, it was White landing the harder and more frequent shots. Late takedowns in each of the first two rounds iced the stanzas for White. Lobov came out in the third with his hands down, looking for the KO, but White still held his own on the feet and took the wide decisio.
