Retired UFC veteran Anthony Perosh returns for his second-to-last appearance in the latest edition of Submission Radio's "Technique of the Week".

This week, "The Hippo" demonstrates how to escape another sticky situation, the "back take". In a position that can often end with your opponent securing a choke on you, Perosh shows how to not only avoid the danger of the choke, but end up on top of your opponent in their guard.

Perosh (15-10) is a Carlos Machado BJJ black belt and owns a record of 5-7 in the UFC. Since retiring from active competition, he has focused on developing students at his multiple MMA schools.

Submission Radio posts technique videos every Wednesday, demonstrating a variety of moves from BJJ, MMA, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, Muay Thai, Sambo, and much more.
