Krylov considering Kings MMA or Jacksons MMA for next training camp

UFC light-heavyweight Nikita Krylov is considering a move to Jackson-Winkeljohn’s or Kings MMA ahead of his next training camp.

On a three-fight win streak dating back to July 2014, Nikita Krylov is keen to use that momentum to work his way up the light-heavyweight roster.

With victories against Cody Donovan, Stanislav Nedkov and Marcos Rogério de Lima in his most recent outings, the Ukrainian is ready to take the next step in his career, which requires a move to one of North America's top gyms.

"As for my preparation for the fight, I think that in February I will fly to Los Angeles and start to train there," Krylov told "While this is only an outline, we will consider such gyms as Kings MMA or Greg Jackson. Kings MMA has been named the best gym over the last couple of years. Champions Dos Anjos, Werdum are there, so it would be interesting to participate there."

Krylov last fought six months ago in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and is eager to get a new opponent lined up as soon as possible. He was scheduled to face Jimi Manuwa in London but the Brit was forced to withdraw to undergo surgery.

"With no date or name of the opponent announced, and especially no motivation, I would like to train with renowned athletes, and recharge my energy, so to speak."

Krylov will likely complete on one of the upcoming UFC fight cards in Europe.
