GSP has always been a fighter at the cutting edge of experimental training methods. He was the fighter years ago that was bringing every outside influence he could to the mats, not just wrestling, boxing, and BJJ, but gymastics, yoga, explosiveness training. And of course, what's the point of doing all those gymanastics if you're not going to put together a wicked routine?
GSP recently posted a video of one of his warmup exercises, putting himself through backflips, frontflips, spins and all the rest. Check it out:

So, the man's still in good shape. Does that mean he's headed back to the UFC anytime soon? While rumors keep rumbling away that the former welterweight champ may be considering stepping out of retirement, as of yet there's no word as to a final decision. In the meantime, this is as close as we'll get to seeing GSP in action.
