Technique of the week: UFC veteran shows basic guard escape

Freshly retired UFC Veteran Anthony Perosh, is back to drop more knowledge and show off his moves.

This week in Submission Radio's "Technique of the Week", Perosh demonstrates one of the fundamental moves for any striker in MMA - getting back to your feet.

Whether you're goal is to strike with your opponent or you just don't want to be stuck on the bottom, check out the video above, as "The Hippo" shows a very basic way to escape the guard and stand back up.

Perosh, a Carlos Machado BJJ black belt, recently finished his MMA career with a 15-10 record (5-7 in the UFC).
