Demian Maia says he has three possible opponents, no title shots

Demian Maia has revealed what the UFC would like to do with him, and that plan does not include a welterweight title shot right now.

Demian Maia isn't in the best position right now. After a huge win over Carlos Condit in August, he seemed to be in a very good spot to face the winner of the Tyron Woodley vs. Stephen Thompson bout that took place at UFC 205. Unfortunately for him, that fight went to a draw and a rematch seems extremely likely. So what is Maia going to do in the meantime if that doesn't happen?

In an interview with MMA Fighting, he said that he still hopes for the title shot somehow. But if not, the UFC has three opponents in mind for him - Donald Cerrone, Anderson Silva, or Robbie Lawler:

All three sound intriguing, especially the Lawler and Cerrone fights. A catchweight bout with Silva doesn't really do much for him, but there's a lot of history there at least.
