Ronda Rousey got another unexpected push with the mainstream audience. While headlining Budweiser’s Made In America festival on Saturday night, the massively popular singer and songwriter in Beyonce used the UFC champ's now infamous monologue about being a 'Do Nothing Bitch' during her performance.
According to MMA Fighting, Beyonce's team contacted the UFC for rights to play the audio, and the speech was eventually used as an intro to her single 'Diva'. Watch the clip from the performance below as tweeted by Dana White.
Although there has been some inconsistencies with past statements, the DNB term has been mostly used for women's body image issues and has been steadily gaining popularity since the clip first came out last July. The UFC champ also recently appeared in the latest TV ad for Carl's Jr.
Rousey is set to defend her bantamweight title against decorated boxing champ Holly Holm at UFC 193 on November 15.
