Kenny Florian officially retired from competing in the UFC in 2012, but that hasn't stopped the former title-challenger from securing a lucrative post-retirement career with the organisation. "KenFlo" serves as a host and commentator for MMA's premier promotion, and it appears the 39-year-old had been saving up his wages to purchase a luxurious house in the Hollywood Hills.
According to the LATimes, Florian and his wife Clark Gilmer bought the country-style house from rock star, Chris Cester. The Australian drummer reportedly sold the property for $2.75 million - check it out below:
"The remodeled English Country-style home, built in the 1920s, centers on a formal living room with barrel vault ceilings, dark wood floors and a fireplace," according to Neal J. Leitereg. "A chandelier-topped dining room done in zebra-print wallpaper sits off the living room."
"Outdoors, hedged grounds of about a third of an acre feature a swimming pool and spa with a waterfall feature. A detached garage/studio sits behind gates at the front of the home."
