Three Amigos Podcast w/ Alberto del Rio, Justin Gaethje & Teddy Holder

The Three Amigos Podcast is back with their first of two big shows this week. Episode 16 features 4-time WWE champion and new Combate Americas color commentator Alberto del Rio, WSOF lightweight champion, Justin Gaethje and WSOF light-heavyweight contender, Teddy Holder.

It's that time of the week again, time for another episode of the Three Amigos Podcast. Once more, we have found ourselves with more interviews than we could fit into a single show, so we have broken them into two separate episodes for our listeners. We hope this great trend continues so we can offer our listeners more content each week. Our special guests are as follows:

WWE 4 time champion and Combate Americas new color commentator, Alberto del Rio

WSOF lightweight champion, Justin Gaethje

WSOF light heavyweight contender, Teddy Holder

*Thanks to Alberto del Rio for recording a special video for us*

Here's a brief rundown of what each guest spoke about:

Four-time WWE champion and pro wrestling superstar Alberto del Rio (interview starts at the 1:10 mark of the audio) discusses his upcoming commentary debut for Latin MMA promotion, Combate Americas. He fields a variety of questions on a possible return to MMA action, a return to pro wrestling, what Pride FC was like behind the scenes, the rumored behind-the-scenes "amateur" wrestling bouts, if he was ever approached to do a "work" in MMA and much more.

Justin Gaethje (interview starts at the 19:10 mark of the audio) discusses his upcoming rematch with Luis Palomino, how he feels MMA media coverage performs, how he views his career progression, what his chosen career would have been outside MMA, his hobbies and much more.

Teddy Holder (interview starts at the 33:00 mark of the audio) discusses his upcoming title bout with David Branch, how he feels about being the perennial underdog, where the focus of his training has been, if he feels WSOF markets its fighters adequately, his exit strategy for a post-MMA career and much more.

*The Combate Americas event will air live on NBC Universo tomorrow/Thursday at 11 pm ET/8 pm PT

*WSOF 23 airs on NBCSN on Friday at 10 pm ET/7 pm PT
