Demetrious Johnson is widely regarded as one of the top pound-for-pound fighters in the world, and for good reason. He hasn't relinquished the flyweight title he'd won in September 2012, and aside from one fight, he's absolutely dominated everyone else he's faced in his title defenses. That one close fight Johnson had came against John Dodson in January 2013. Johnson overcame a slow start and a 2nd round knockdown to win a unanimous decision. The two men meet again in what is Johnson's 7th title defense, and Dodson's 2nd crack at the belt.
The co-main event is a heavyweight battle between Andrei Arlovski and Frank Mir, who are on unlikely paths back to contention. Both men after coming off first round KOs over Travis Browne and Todd Duffee, respectively. Rounding out the main card is Anthony Johnson's return against Jimi Manuwa, Corey Anderson versus Jan Blachowicz, and Paige VanZant against Alex Chambers.
My personal favorite fight is John Lineker vs. Francisco Rivera, which isn't even the leading preliminary card bout. Here's what the full lineup looks like for next Saturday:
Main Card (PPV, 10 PM ET)
Preliminary Card (FS1, 8 PM ET)
Preliminary Card (Fight Pass, 7 PM ET)
