Chris Barnett aka Huggy Bear, is in Japan this weekend for the IGF 4 (Inoki Genome Fight) card. He'll be the featured attraction on a five-fight card that also includes a bout with Japanese heavyweight sensation, Satoshi Ishii. The 29-year-old super-heavyweight hails from Tampa, Florida and boasts a 13-1 record. He holds wins over Johnathan Ivey, Travis Wiuff and Walt Harris and hopes to get picked up by one of the major promotions soon.

Heading into the event which takes place Saturday in Tokyo, Barnett-who happens to be a big Bloody Elbow fan-left a message for our readers. The video message, recorded yesterday afternoon, is a 2 minute ode to our community here, that received him so well the first time I wrote about him. He even does some super slick dance moves and has Ishii make an appearance, as well. We here at Bloody Elbow wish Huggy Bear the best and hope he gets the W on Saturday.
