Video: Cerrone & Dodson compete at Ninja Warrior style obstacle course

UFC stars Donald Cerrone and John Dodson do a little unwinding by competing against each other in an American Ninja Warrior style obstacle course.

If you've ever wondered what kind of unwinding activities MMA athletes partake in, one of the most interesting subjects you can follow is Donald Cerrone. From wakeboarding to rock climbing and all other manner of hardcore hobbies the UFC lightweight star enjoys, "Cowboy" is a prime example of a guy that has a touch of an adrenaline addiction. His coaches and training partners all agree that he is one of the most naturally gifted athletes in MMA, adapting to virtually every extreme sport endeavor he takes on.

Yesterday, he and fellow Jackson-Winkeljohn MMA teammate, John Dodson decided to stop by a local obstacle course for some fun. The course was inspired by the television show, American Ninja Warrior, and looks like it provides one hell of a core workout. Both Cerrone and Dodson are ridiculously athletic, and went through the different obstacles with the ease of guys that have been doing these courses every day for years.

The two ended up tying each other with seven completed obstacles each, resulting in a sudden victory round. I'll not spoil the fun by saying who won. You'll need to watch the video to find out for yourselves. For those that don't know or might not remember, Dodson competed in the American Ninja Warrior challenge a few years back. He didn't win, but has said that he hopes to do it again sometime. You can check out the video HERE.
