While no date or venue has been set for the rematch between Fabricio Werdum and Cain Velasquez as of yet, that hasn't stopped bookmakers from putting out a betting line for the bout. Werdum defeated Velasquez by submission to win the UFC heavyweight title in Mexico City in June, but it seems that the oddsmakers are leaning (slightly) towards Cain being able to get some revenge in the second fight. Here's the current betting line (via BestFightOdds):
For those new to BestFightOdds, they take the lines from many sports books and offer the best on each side in the handy chart above. If you'd like to see what each book is offering individually, you can do that over at their site.
Many have put Velasquez's loss down to the fact that he was ill-prepared for the altitude of Mexico City, while Werdum had fully acclimated by taking his entire camp to Toluca a few weeks before the bout. It appears that line of thought has bled into the betting line as well.
