Last month, it was reported that UFC ring girl Brittney Palmer's husband was arrested for attempted murder after a heated row at their home in L.A. According to Palmer, her newly wed husband Aaron Zalewski turned violent after he overheard her agent call her 'babe' over a phone call.
The LAPD reported that Zalewski threw the Octagon girl into a bedpost and pinned her face down on a mattress for 2 minutes while she struggled to breathe. Palmer's husband was charged with attempted murder, spousal battery, and criminal threats.
"In docs obtained by TMZ Sports ... LAPD says things got physical when they wrestled for her phone -- Zalewski noticed she was recording the argument, and during the struggle he threw Palmer, and she hit her head on a bedpost.
Brittney told cops Zalewski yelled, "Pack your f**king bags and go!" -- but wouldn't let her leave. She says he threw her down again -- pinning her face down on a mattress, with his knee in her back. She says she struggled to breathe for 2 minutes while he held her down.
And there's this -- Brittney says during the fight Zalewski scratched his own arms and yelled ... "Why are you making me do this? I just wanted you to love me."
Earlier today, TMZ reported that Zalewski would not be prosecuted with attempted murder and was relieved of all charges.
Palmer and Zalewski, who are still together, will attend an informal meeting with the L.A. City Attorney and it's expected that the 35-year-old will be admitted to anger management classes. If Zalewski lashes out again before the statute of limitations runs out, however, charges could still be pressed against him.
