Good news for The MMA Hour fans, as the weekly show hosted by MMA Fighting's Ariel Helwani is now available for live viewing on Youtube. Here's the full outline of today's broadcast:

1:00 p.m. ET -- Our own Dave Meltzer will stop by to discuss the latest MMA news.

1:25 p.m. -- Tim Kennedy will update us on what he's been up to the last few months.

1:45 p.m. -- George Lockhart, Cris Cyborg's nutritionist, will talk about her chances of making 135 pounds and more.

2:05 p.m. -- Tyron Woodley will discuss his UFC 192 fight against Johny Hendricks and his role in the upcoming film "Straight Outta Compton."

3:45 p.m. -- Boxer Amir Khan will talk about his entry into the world of MMA and what's next for him in the ring.
