M-1 Global fighters:

Adam Yandiev: I believe that McGregor is a new star in the UFC. No doubt he will win as he has the talent and instilled fear into his weight class. He also proved it in practice so far. My opinion is McGregor will win.

Ramazan Emeev: McGregor is very good but too sure of himself. I think this confidence will fail him and Mendes will win in the second round via stoppage.

Vyacheslav Vasilevsky: I would like to see Mendes break McGregor because he talks a lot. It is not necessary for MMA to turn into buffoonery.

Denis Smoldarev: Chad Mendes will win.

Fight Nights:

Ali Bagautinov: I think they will go to the distance and it will be a judge's decision. I think that Mendes will win that. However, if McGregor wins, he will dispel my doubts about him.

Foreign Fighters

Marcin Tybura: Mendes because of his knockout power punches.

Stefan Putz: I believe that McGregor will not be able to handle Mendes' wrestling. He will constantly shoot for takedown and sooner or later, he will put an end to McGregor by submission.

Ivan Buchinger: McGregor via knockout.
