UFC 188 Video: Fabricio Werdum says Cain Velasquez is an 'American that thinks he's Mexican'

On the first episode of UFC 188: Embedded, Fabricio Werdum took a slight dig at Cain Velasquez.

The Embedded series has started for this weekend's UFC 188 card headlined by Cain Velasquez and Fabricio Werdum. In the first episode, Werdum took a slight dig at the champion while talking to Mexican fans. When asked who he is facing, Fabricio states that he's fighting Velasquez, "an American that thinks he's Mexican."

Werdum of course, recently went on record to deliver a similar dig at Velasquez while saying that he is getting a lot of support from local fans.

"I get a lot of messages from the Mexican fans on social networks. I'm really happy for them. I have been to Mexico over 20 times and, actually, I feel more Mexican than Cain."

Here's a summary of the rest of the episode:

On Episode 1 of UFC 188 Embedded, confident interim heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum leads cameras inside the mountainous private retreat he’s turned into a training camp. An hour to the east in Mexico City, heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez alternates between training and tourism with his team – including coach Javier Mendez and UFC middleweight Luke Rockhold.
