The MMA Vivisection - Bellator 138: Unfinished Business & UFC Fight Night: Jedrzejczyk vs. Penne

New, comments

Zane Simon and Connor Ruebusch are led fearlessly, once again, through the forest of fight analysis by Kid Nate to bring you all the skinny on back to back cards from the UFC and Bellator.

It's a rare thing to say, but this week Bellator is the big dog in MMA. While topped with a ridiculous cherry of Ken Shamrock vs. Kimbo Slice, Bellator's 138: Unfinished Business card is nonetheless a solid four fights of fun action between (mostly) recognizable fighters. Getting a chance to watch Michael Chandler, Daniel Straus, Patricio Freire, and Daniel Weichel all do work is a treat. On the flip side, the UFC Fight Night Berlin card is low on name value, but rich in prospects and the main event of Joanna Jedrzejczyk defending the straw weight title against Jessica Penne should be excellent. So, we're picking our way through both cards to highlight the fights we're most interested in.
