The fighters react to UFC 187: Johnson vs. Cormier on Twitter

New, comments

The best, worst, and most public reactions from UFC fighters watching and talking about the UFC 187 PPV on Twitter.

Joe Camporeale-USA TODAY Sports

Holy hell! What a night of fights. UFC 187 was a card that had everyone talking, even before it got started, and it delivered on all cylinders. A decent few opening bouts (and a couple bad ones) spiraled quickly out of control when Joseph Benavidez and John Moraga put on a barn burner, only to be followed by Andrei Arlovski and Travis Browne showing up for a heavyweight fight of the ages. Then Donald Cerrone broke the face off of John Makdessi and Chris Weidman and Daniel Cormier both rallied back from serious adversity to keep and achieve (respectively) their grip on UFC gold. Not enough good things for me to say about it, so I'll let everyone else.

Check out what the UFC fighters sitting at home watching the card had to say about UFC 187:

Josh Sampo vs. Justin Scoggins

Leo Kuntz vs. Islam Makhachev

Colby Covington vs. Mike Pyle

Uriah Hall vs. Rafael Natal

Josh Burkman vs. Dong Hyun Kim

John Dodson vs. Zach Makovsky

Joseph Benavidez vs. John Moraga
