On Saturday night, the UFC will return to Las Vegas, Nevada with a PPV fight card headlined by two title fights. Atop the card is a light-heavyweight contest for the vacant strap that Jon Jones had stripped from him, as Anthony Johnson and Daniel Cormier meet to determine who will be crowned the new 205-pound champion.
The co-main event will showcase a middleweight title fight between champion Chris Weidman and Vitor Belfort. It is a fight that is over a year in the making and has been rescheduled on numerous occasions due to injury delays.
The event also features a lightweight bout between Donald Cerrone and John Makdessi, a heavyweight battle between Andre Arlovski and Travis Browne, as well as a flyweight bout between Joseph Benavidez and John Moraga.
The four-fight preliminary card on Fox Sports 1 begins at 8:00 p.m. ET. The Fox Sports 1 preliminary card consists of: John Dodson vs. Zach Makovsky, Josh Burkman vs. Dong Hyun Kim, Uriah Hall vs. Rafael Natal, and Nina Ansaroff vs. Rose Namajunas.
Leading into the preliminary portion of the card is 90mins of online viewing at UFC Fight Pass. The three fights are Colby Covington vs. Mike Pyle, Leo Kuntz vs. Islam Makhachev, Josh Sampo vs. Justin Scoggins.
