UFC women's bantamweight champ Ronda Rousey was Ariel Helwani's guest on today's MMA Hour to promote her new autobiography My Fight / Your Fight which hits bookstore shelves tomorrow.

Ariel got her to respond to rumors that she and former Strikeforce 145 pound champ Cris Cyborg will coach a season of The Ultimate Fighter opposite one another before facing off in the Octagon. Rousey coached opposite Miesha Tate before their rematch and had a negative experience.

"I'm never doing Ultimate Fighter ever again. Everyone in the UFC, in the Ultimate Fighter, everyone on earth knows I'll never do that show ever again for all the money in the world. You'd have to hold my little sister at gunpoint to get me to do that show again."

Fans shouldn't give up on seeing Rousey against Cyborg however.

"I mean, Pacquiao-Mayweather had about a five-year buildup," said Rousey. "We're about at three, so I'd say I would keep my hopes up til five, then after that, I'm moving on with my life."

Rousey will defend her title against Bethe Correia at UFC 190.
