The co-main event of the UFC Adelaide fight card lasted a grand total of 44 seconds as Robert Whittaker knocked out Brad Tavares in emphatic fashion to score his second consecutive finish inside the Octagon. It was one of the more dominant performances of the night and earned the New Zealand native a $50,000 performance bonus. Whittaker has now proven to be a significant force at middleweight.
