Saturday night, boxing takes center stage with what is guaranteed to be the biggest combat sports event of 2015. Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao is live on PPV this Saturday May 2, and Bloody Elbow will have your full fight coverage all week.
As you would expect for a fight of this magnitude, there has been no end to the pre-fight hype events, including press conferences, official arrivals, open workouts, and much more. Today, we get the last and biggest of those events - the official weigh-in.
The Pacquiao Mayweather weigh in begins today, Friday May 1 at 6:00 p.m. ET / 3:00 p.m. PT. You can watch the weigh-ins in a live stream right here at Bloody Elbow, or here at the official YouTube channel.
Mayweather vs. Pacquiao is a Welterweight fight (with three separate world titles on the line), so both men will need to weigh in at the 147 pound limit.
Expect this weigh-in to be a major event, with a huge crowd, and probably some vintage Floyd Mayweather theatrics to appease them.
Catch the weigh-ins today, and then see the fight of the century live, this Saturday night on PPV. And be sure to join Bloody Elbow here for Mayweather vs. Pacquiao live coverage.
