Former Invicta FC bantamweight champion Lauren Murphy hasn't had the best of luck so far in the UFC. She has engaged in spirited contests with former UFC title challengers Sara McMann and Liz Carmouche, but came up just short on the the scorecards both times. The Alaskan fighter is looking for a new matchup now, and decided that a good way to get UFC matchmaker Sean Shelby's attention would be to write him a poem on Twitter. And I personally think it's hilarious.
Check it out.
@seanshelby I wrote you a poem! <clears throat> *ahem* pic.twitter.com/KkmNFbaYoG

The references to Lyoto Machida, Alan Belcher, and Conor McGregor are all pretty obvious, and funny. She also asked for two pretty good matchups. Larissa Pacheco (10-2, 0-2 UFC) is a former Jungle Fight champ that has been finished in both of her UFC bouts thus far. Milana Dudieva (11-4, 0-1 UFC) made her UFC debut earlier this month where she was finished by Julianna Pena.
We'll see if her creativity leads to her getting one of the fights she requested.
