UFC star Conor McGregor has a prominent feature on the May 2015 issue of Esquire, where he was interviewed in-depth and was able to discuss various topics about his life, his unique personality and his career. As he spoke about Mixed Martial Arts, the topic briefly went towards boxing star Floyd Mayweather.
"I don't look at a man who's expert in one area as a specialist," he says. "I look at him as a rookie in ten other areas. If you can box, what happens if I grab hold of your legs? If you put me face-to-face with Floyd Mayweather—pound-for-pound boxing's best—if I fought Floyd, I would kill him in less than thirty seconds."
"It would take me less than thirty seconds to wrap around him like a boa constrictor and strangle him."
Bobby Green accuses dos Anjos of doping
Rafael dos Anjos wasn't too pleased with Bobby Green's accusations of doping after his fight against Anthony Pettis. The champion believes Green wants to promote himself by talking about him and says he won't take it easy next time they train again.
Mayweather is set to take on Manny Pacquiao in a massive once-in-a-generation type of contest. Ironically, his opponent also recently spoke about his chances against another UFC fighter. The Filipino has gone on record saying that he feels like 135 lb women's champ Ronda Rousey would beat Mayweather if they ever faced off in MMA.
