An intriguing light heavyweight bout has been added to the June 20th UFC Fight Night card in Berlin, Germany. Nikita Krylov, the 23-year-old Ukrainian fighter who hasn't heard the final horn in any of his five UFC fights thus far, will take on Brazilian striker Marcos Rogerio de Lima. The bout was confirmed by the UFC yesterday.
Krylov (18-4, 3-2 UFC) has looked good since a loss to Ovince St-Preux, picking up a TKO win over Cody Donovan and a submission win over Stanislav Nedkov.
De Lima (13-2-1, 2-0 UFC) was a cast member on The Ultimate Fighter Brazil 3, and has won both of his UFC fights by TKO in the first round. The first went just 20 seconds and the latter win came at the 1:59 mark.
The bout will likely take place on the undercard of the Fight Pass event. The headliner sees Alexander Gustafsson taking on Glover Teixeira in another light heavyweight battle.
