New, 5 comments

Watch Robert Guerrero share his thoughts on Saturday night's opponent Keith Thurman and how he will deal with Thurman's punching power.

Saturday March 7, Bloody Elbow presents fight coverage of the debut of Premier Boxing Champions live on primetime television. PBC Thurman vs. Guerrero airs live on NBC this Saturday, March 7 with a fight time of 8:30 p.m. ET / 5:30 p.m. PT. Bloody Elbow will have live fight coverage, including results and discussion.

The main event at Saturday night's PBC show sees veteran Robert Guerrero taking on Keith Thurman. It's the kind of fight fans have been waiting to see for some time from Thurman - a true test against a high level veteran opponent. To date, Thurman has built up his resume on mostly significantly lesser opponents than Guerrero; now he gets the big test.

Our friends at FightHub TV spoke to Guerrero in advance of Saturday's main event. Here's what he had to say about Thurman and his lauded punching power:

It's not how hard you punch, it's how hard a hit you can take... I know he hasn't been battle tested. He may [be able to take my punch], he may not. We'll find out Saturday night.
