The big UFC 189 media world tour hits Boston in this sixth episode of UFC 189 World Championship Tour Embedded. On this episode, we finally get to see how the intense staredown between Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor we reported earlier came about. UFC president Dana White had to separate the two, after Aldo constantly looked at McGregor during the press conference and the Irishman started to fire verbal shots at him.
Afterwards, Aldo seemed very mad again and talked to his manager Andre Pederneiras on the phone. He assured Aldo he already told White that if McGregor ever touches him in a situation like this, no one could get in between the two: "He can bring Lorenzo, no one is going to stop you," he said.
UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor are fighting for the title at UFC 189 on July 11 in Las Vegas, NV.
