UFC fight bookings roundup - 2/24 – 3/3/15

Since the UFC has decided to produce 50+ events in 2015, there is a remarkable amount of fighter signings and new match-ups being set up throughout any given week. Many of these new signings are for match-ups that take place on the undercard, or on the Fight Pass portion of a PPV, so we are going to continue with a new weekly (or bi-weekly if needed) series of articles where we take a brief look at each and every bout booked by the promotion in one place.

UFC Fight Night: Maia vs. LaFlare

Following Josh Thomson's withdrawl from his match-up, Alex Oliveira has stepped in on short notice to face Gilbert Burns in Rio de Janeiro.

UFC Fight Night: Adelaide

Local talent Kyle Noke will meet Swedish welterweight Andreas Stahl on the fight card in Adelaide.

UFC Fight Night: Manilla

Welterweights Hyun Gyu Lim and Neil Magny will meet on the growing UFC: Manilla fight card.

UFC 187

The stacked UFC 187 PPV event in May has added yet another fight in Mike Pyle vs. Sean Spencer. A pair of title fights, as well as a No. 1 contender bout between Donald Cerrone and Khabib Nurmagomedov headlines the event.

A heavyweight fight between Ben Rothwell and Matt Mitrione has been added to the UFC Fight Night event in the ‘Crescent City.'
