For a complete list of items on today's agenda, click here for a PDF provided by the NAC. While items 1-34 are mostly related to boxing and minor combat sports promotions, the bulk of the interest as it pertains to the UFC is in sets 35-39 and 41. The topics covered include:

  • An open meeting on drug testing policies and procedures; this coming to light after the recent positive drug test results of Jon Jones, Anderson Silva, Nick Diaz, and Hector Lombard.
  • Requests for temporary suspensions for Silva, Diaz, and Lombard.
  • Request to have Francisco Rivera's submission loss vs. Urijah Faber at UFC 181 to be overturned to a no contest due to an eye poke that preceded the finish.
  • Hearing of disciplinary complaint against Ashlee Evans-Smith, who failed her UFC 181 post-fight drug test.

The commission will also vote on turning the Silva win over Diaz result to a no contest.
