Cris Cyborg failed a 2011 drug test in California, and as part of the conditions for getting licensed in the state, she must first pass a random drug test. CSAC executive director Andy Foster told MMA Fighting that Cyborg was already subjected to a random urine drug test this past Thursday.

Foster expects the results to come back on or around Feb. 24. Justino's main event bout against Charmaine Tweet is scheduled for Feb. 27 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.

Justino's urine will be run through every panel, including for recreational drugs. Because this is a condition of licensure, "Cyborg" will need to be clear of everything. She will have to pay for the test out of her own pocket as part of the licensure process.

"She will not be licensed until she satisfies our drug-testing and medical requirements," Foster said.

Cyborg faces Tweet at Invicta FC 11, on the same weekend and the same city as UFC 184 where Ronda Rousey will be headlining. The two fighters are considered as the best in Women's MMA, and while a bout between them has been due for quite some time now, negotiations haven't really gone anywhere.

Apart from issues in agreeing on a suitable weight class for the bout, Rousey has also taken numerous shots at Cyborg for her failed test four years ago. Most recently, Rousey has stated that the bout hasn't materialized because Cyborg is "a cheater and a fraud"
