Following a surprising debut show on Dec. 29, Japanese upstart promotion Rizin Fighting Federation held their second show at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Tokyo. The New Year's Eve line-up featured the return of former Pride FC heavyweight champion Fedor Emelianenko in the main event, as well as the semi-finals and final round of the World Grand Prix tournament.

The event began at 1am ET via Russian and Japanese broadcasts. Spike TV holds exclusive rights to the North america broadcast and will present a tape delayed version titled 'Breakfast with Fedor' on Thursday morning at 10am ET.
