Will Brooks is just two days away from a Bellator lightweight title defense against Marcin Held. Featherweight champ Patricio Freire is just two days away from his trilogy bout with Daniel Straus. But according to some tweets by Brooks, Friere and his brother Patricky didn't wait until Bellator 145 to get into a fight. Brooks claims he was jumped by the brothers while he was on the phone speaking to his mother (language warning):
Pitbull brothers showed me what cowards they are. They jumped me while I was on the phone with my mom.

Pussies had to sucker punch me with all their people around while I'm by myself

Punch me while I'm being held back by your people. Cowards
— Will Brooks (@illwillbrooks86) November 4, 2015
I've never had to sucker punch or jump anyone I held things on my own but these cowards aren't built like real men

Brooks has never competed in the cage against either Pitbull brother, but did have a very testy exchange with Patricio on a Bellator 145 conference call a few days ago. Patricky is a lightweight and fought Held in a tournament final last year, but came up short.
UPDATE: Patricio Freire has responded via Twitter:
Will Brooks is a liar. He hit Patricky first and came at me, I went after him too and my first punch landed. We were separated.

Then he came again, I knocked him down. He tried to take me down, we were separated again and he started calling us cowards.

He was a man of his word and faced the consequences. Now act like a man and tell the truth. pic.twitter.com/duGEbX9jRK
