Tweet of The Day: Rousey & family look happy on Thanksgiving

Ronda Rousey looks happy two weeks on from her loss to Holly Holm at UFC 193.

Since her shocking upset loss to Holly Holm at UFC 193, Ronda Rousey has shied away from the media and kept a low profile.

The former female pound for pound #1 was knocked out via head kick by "The Preacher's Daughter" in the 2nd round and didn't show for the post-fight interview and press conference.

TMZ greeted "Rowdy" when she arrived home in Los Angeles, but the Olympic bronze medalist covered her face from reporters and ignored all questions.

Yesterday, however, Rousey was seen smiling alongside her family for Thanksgiving. It's the first time we've seen the 28-year-old in full since UFC 193.

Rousey made a public statement after losing the bantamweight title, thanking fans for their support and promising to return to the Octagon after taking some time off.

"I just wanted to thank everyone for the love and support," Rousey said. "I appreciate the concerns about my health, but I'm fine. As I had mentioned before, I'm going to take a little bit of time, but I'll be back."
