UFC 194 with its long-anticipated headliner between Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor is less than three weeks away, so Ireland's brash UFC interim featherweight champion left his home in Dublin for Las Vegas on Sunday. And before he did, he left a message on Instagram to remind everyone of his great market value, even referring to himself as "the company."
Read for yourself:
"Leaving Ireland today for the West Coast. To unify my belt and spearhead the unprecedented $90-100 million dollar UFC 194 event. This event along with UFC 189 putting me at close to $200 million dollars in revenue generated for this company. All in less than 6 months. I am not a company man. I am the company."
UFC 194 will take place December 12 in the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV. A fight between Aldo and McGregor was originally scheduled for UFC 189, but Aldo pulled out with an injured rib. He was replaced by Chad Mendes, who McGregor beat via second-round TKO to win the interim belt.
