Jon Jones ranks the UFC light heavyweight top five

Embattled UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones asked fans on Twitter to rank their UFC light heavyweight top five. Then he supplied his own rankings.

After a brief stay in rehab, UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones is back on Twitter and interacting with fans. He made a bit of noise this past weekend when Anthony Johnson defeated Alexander Gustafsson, and in the aftermath of that divisional shakeup, he had a simple question for his followers - who are the top five guys in his division right now?

He re-tweeted a few answers, answered a few questions (he has Anderson Silva beating Nick Diaz and will be in attendance for the fight), and then a fan asked him to rank his top five. So he did:

I think most people can understand what he's saying here, but for the sake of clarity - he has Johnson at number two, Rashad Evans at number three, Daniel Cormier at number four, and Gustafsson at number five.

Jones will face off with Johnson later in the year at some point. If he is able to get by him, it might indicate that he has truly "cleaned out the division". After all, he will have beaten everyone below him on his own list.
