Welcome to 2015. In these first hours of the first day of the New Year, Bloody Elbow brings you its 3rd annual Fighter's Resolutions post. We contacted a slew of fighters and personalities within the community to get their resolutions for the 2015 calendar year.

This year's post is an entertaining mix of fighters calling each other out, challenges issued for Metamoris matches, cracking wise on the Reebok deal and even a marriage proposal. Without any further ado, here is our 2015 presentation of New Year's resolutions:

Demetrious Johnson: Stay healthy and be a good father and husband, and to have successful title defenses. That comes last on the priority list.

Roy Nelson: Make more money in sponsorships than I did last year. Come on Reebok!

Tim Kennedy: My New Year's resolutions are as follows: 1st. Exterminate poachers, and those that facilitate human trafficking. 2nd. Destroy some world champions and loudmouths i.e. Chael Sonnen at Metamoris. 3rd. Ride my motorcycle more, drink more brown booze and enjoy barbeque on occasion.

Chael Sonnen: I would say my New Year's Resolution is to kick Tim Kennedy's ass but life has beaten me to it.

Julie Kedzie: Ummmmm I will cook a successful pancake and learn to appreciate whiskey in 2015. I would also like to make this the year that Tommy Toehold proposes. I'm not sure if that's a resolution, but I'm gonna marry that cartoon motherfucker.

Tommy Toehold: My New Year's resolutions are to put shows out on a semi-monthly basis, somehow make my impressions of fighters even worse than they already are, run jokes so far into the ground they actually resurface, say "fuck" a whole lot more as a substitute for actual humor, make light of injuries, dick kicks, DUIs and all the other bad stuff that happens in MMA this year, and last, but certainly not least, settle my tab at the local strip club here in Toontown!

Bruce Buffer: Big cheers & no fears for an amazing year in 2015, full of health, happiness and prosperity for all!

Jeff Aronson: I just want to wish everyone a year that is blessed with health, wealth & happiness.

Ian McCall: To take what's mine by force...I will be champ in 2015.

Stephen Quadros: To make more intelligent choices and lead by example, which admittedly will probably include viewing and commentating on the exploitative world of professional human fighting.

Stipe Miocic: My New Year's resolution is to drink less pop and eat less fast food...which will be hard.

Josh Samman: My New Year's resolution is to try harder to remember fan's names when I meet them.

Shannon Knapp: To work harder professionally and personally to achieve the goals I have in business and for the ones I have for my own personal/spiritual growth in becoming my best self.

Doc Kessler: Basically to take a little time to exercise daily and eat properly, myself. I spent 2014 taking care of everyone and forgot about taking care of myself.

Josh Thomson: My resolution is to build my KNOXX GYM brand, do something I've never done before, and stop drinking coffee and soda.

Cung Le: I want to wish everyone a safe and happy new year. I always work hard at whatever I plan to do. Now, just twice as hard for the New Year.

Robin Black: This year I'm committed to giving my very best to break down the greatest fights of the greatest martial artists in the world. I also resolve to be a better person, be more considerate of others and to learn how to cook.

Jimmy Smith: I resolve to compete again in jiu-jitsu next year, if only to force myself to get into competition shape.

Adam Hunter: To get Urijah Faber's chin to twerk.

Happy New Year from all of us here at Bloody Elbow!
