The Rowdy One went down to Brazil this week and whilst conducting a seminar with UFC and Pride legend Antonio Rodrigo Nogueria threw two-time Pan-American gold medalist and judo world champion Rafaela Silva around like a ragdoll for the amusement and edification of the students.
