Alistair Overeem's excellently produced video series has a new episode out. It focuses on the former Strikeforce heavyweight champion's recent move to Greg Jackson's camp in New Mexico, behind the scenes footage from his last fight against Frank Mir, and his subsequent vacation and downtime in Jamaica to visit his father and tour the city where part of his family has lived for generations.
Among the interesting things shown in the clip above, is the fighters and coaches at Jackson's talking about how Alistair is at his new training camp, training footage both at the gym and at the strength and conditioning facility. The clip also show's Reem, who is part-Jamaican, heading to the country for the first time and getting back to his roots.
Following his dominant decision win against Mir, The Reem is has since been booked to compete against Ben Rothwell at UFC Fight Night: Souza vs. Mousasi on September 5.
