Anthony "Rumble" Johnson's return to the UFC following a successful World Series of Fighting stint got off to a great start. His dominant decision win over Phil Davis put him directly into the conversation for potential challengers to Jon Jones' light heavyweight crown.
But, all is not well in Rumble's wold, as a recent Facebook post made quite clear. Johnson claims that people in the gym are talking behind his back, and he's not happy about it.
Here's what the post -- which is available only to Rumble's Facebook friends -- has to say:
So funny how people in the gym wanna talk. Believe me I know who you are but I don't say anything. I'm not a Angel at all I'll admit that. Wanna talk about me and my mistakes I've made? Say it when I'm around and that goes to trainers and clients, which I know none of you will. I know for a fact if I asked you what do you have to say to me you'd act like you didn't have anything to say. Don't think I don't know who you are cuz I Damn sure do. Heard about the talk last night and I heard who's been talking all week. Don't be fake say it when I'm around. I know you don't have the balls or titties to do it. You don't know me from a hole in the ground but I can let you know. So I'll leave you with this. Keep being a pussy and look at me in the face being fake. I'll bring the hoe outta you and when I do don't cry about it. Your secret is safe with me.
It's never a great sign for a guy to go through major turmoil in camp when he's on the verge of something special in his career.
It'll be worth watching to see if Johnson ends up packing up and finding a new home.
Johnson faces Antonio Rogerio Nogueira at UFC on Fox 12.
