UFC 172 went down Saturday night out of the Baltimore Arena in Baltimore, MD. The main card features a Light Heavyweight title fight with champion Jon Jones looking to extend his record-setting streak against Glover Teixeira. Prior to the PPV portion, the event started with five preliminary fights split between Fox Sports 1 and Fight Pass. Check out the full preliminary card results below.

Fox Sports 1 prelims:

Joseph Benavidez vs. Tim Elliott - Elliot came out aggressive scoring a couple takedowns against the favored fighter. He wasn't able to hold Benavidez down, however. Benavidez eventually caught a front headlock that he used to move into dominant position. He held the headlock until he could lock on a mounted guillotine that forced Elliott to tap at 4:08.

Takanori Gomi vs. Isaac Vallie-Flagg - In this Lightweight tilt, Gomi and Vallie-Flagg went back and forth over their 15 minute brawl. Gomi got off to an early lead in the first mixing up his striking and takedowns while threatening in dominant position. The second was more even, but saw Vallie-Flagg capitalizing on a slip from Gomi. The third was a firefight that saw Gomie opening up a cut on Isaac and ending the round with him on top.

In the end, Takanori Gomi won the unanimous decision (29-28 x 3) over Isaac Vallie-Flagg

Jessamyn Duke vs. Bethe Correia - After three rounds, Bethe Correia was awarded the unanimous decision (30-27 x 2, 29-28).

Danny Castillo vs. Charlie Brenneman - Brenneman was able to score a couple takedowns against Castillo in the first, but he ate a vicious right hand in the second to get knocked out at 0:21.

Fight Pass prelims:

Chris Beal vs. Patrick Williams

After using defensive wrestling to fend off the majority of takedowns from Williams through the first round. Beal scored a second round flying knee knockout at 1:51 of round 2.
