Chuck Norris is without a doubt one of the most influential figures in martial arts during the second half of the Twentieth Century. As a 6-time karate world champion he was a trailblazer in the sport's early days in America. As an actor, his movies picked up where Bruce Lee's left off in popularizing Eastern martial arts in the Western world. And a film of his, The Octagon, is even suspected of being the inspiration for the UFC's Octagon.

This is part two of our video Q & A session with Chuck. (For part one click here.) Recorded during a break while filming a Total Gym commercial (full disclosure, my client is the producer of these), he was kind enough to share in this one his thoughs on how he and Bruce Lee would have done if they had mixed martial arts around when he was fighting and how martial arts has had such a profound impact on his life that he started the Kick Start for Kids program to see today's youth get to enjoy the same benefits.
