From what I'm gathering from both the few followers of TUF Nations: Canada vs. Australia and the way the UFC has booked the finale, there aren't a lot of guys from this season's cast worth keeping. Basically, this finale is a lot like TUF 16, which turned out to be a fun show. In the main event is a middleweight grudge match between Michael Bisping and Tim Kennedy, while former 185ers and TUF coaches Patrick Cote and Kyle Noke battle at welterweight. In addition to the middleweight and welterweight TUF finals is women's BW contender Sarah Kaufman versus Shayna Baszler, as well as a reported (but not confirmed) men's 135 clash between Alex Caceres and Erik Perez.
The full card (because the TUF Nations season is still ongoing) hasn't been finalized, but here's a look at the April 16th slate of fights, with the main card airing on Fox Sports 1:
Michael Bisping vs. Tim Kennedy
Patrick Cote vs. Kyle Noke
TUF MW Finalist 1 vs. TUF MW Finalist 2
TUF WW Finalist 1 vs. TUF WW Finalist 2
